Holy Martyrs Catholic Church is soliciting recipes to compose a unique, formal, parish recipe book, called Holy Martyrs Menu. We are soliciting paired food and beverage recipes for one of the ten courses of the traditional formal dinner.

After a number of submissions are collected, we will have an anonymous taste-off in an informal setting, where the top four finalists in each of the ten courses will be included in the final book.

The top two finalists of each course will also be noted, and their pairs be featured in a final taste-off in a formal 10-course dinner to raise money for Holy Martyrs. The winners of each course will be also be noted in the final book.

Sales of the book will also go to support Holy Martyrs.
